In this ever-changing time, KSHE is here to assist its members in adapting to the COVID-19 pandemic and the impact on our daily lives and hospital operations. Today, as healthcare facility professionals, we are being asked to think and act “out of the
box” like we never have before. In this spirit, KSHE has created a new weekly webinar forum to bring you updates and facilitate discussion surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. Beginning Thursday, April 9 and continuing weekly, KSHE will host a panel
of leaders throughout the industry to keep you informed and to answer your questions. Throughout the forum we aim to provide timely answers that support your circumstances.
Mike Canales, HFL Program Director & IHFEA Founder will serve as moderator. Regular members of our weekly panel will be Dick Bartlett, KHA Emergency Preparedness/Trauma Coordinator, Ron Henley, Director of Engineering and Safety Officer Baptist Health
Paducah, Andy Woommavovah, System Director, Energy and Infrastructure National Real Estate Services, and Joe Taylor, Executive Director Facilities Owensboro Health and President of KSHE. Guests will include Infection Preventionists from around
the Commonwealth, and others as the current situations demand.
Check out the latest edition of the KSHE newsletter for a quick creative solution to a problem we all face and then be sure to join us every Thursday.
